Once a week we are delighted to invite guests to our country house in Vecciano, on the gently rolling hills inland of Riccione. This is our green heart, which supplies us with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, grown without the use of chemical agents and pesticides.
Bartolo, our trusted farmer, personally invites guests to see firsthand just how much care and love goes into growing tomatoes, salad greens, aubergines, courgettes, aromatic herbs and lots of other vegetables. At the farmhouse we will also open the doors to our vinegar cellar where we produce balsamic vinegar following the traditional methods of the Consortium of Reggio Emilia.
And then, food for everyone with the typical dishes of Romagna like grilled meat, piadina, cheese, cold cuts and homemade cakes and desserts.
