What our Chef recommends. 

The daily ritual of breakfast has the flavour of homemade cakes, wholesome local cold cuts and fresh seasonal fruit. 

At lunchtime, the restaurant is open until 3:30 p.m. so you can have your meal after your bike ride. 

And at dinner, each week, the chef has designed themed culinary evenings.

For wine lovers, we're carefully selected a range of premium-quality regional wines.

Just a word of advice: don't step on the scales at the end of your stay.

Romagna-style dinner

We head into the hills inland. Here, an assortment of cheeses, cold cuts and salamis star as appetizers. Then the first courses, with homemade tagliatelle and passatelli and finally, the main courses, with grilled sardines coated in fragrant breadcrumbs.
