Monday: Lunch in the Hills
Our villa is hidden in Vecciano, in the green hills of Romagna. Here you are invited to enjoy a delicious lunch based on typical products. Small wooden chests hold one of our most precious secrets: since 1993, we have been producing balsamic vinegar, aged in the house's vinegar cellar.
Tuesday: The "Sgradellata" (Grilled Fish)
Experience an authentic culinary journey with a tasting dinner inspired by the traditional "sgradellata romagnola". In this gastronomic journey, the protagonist is fish, prepared according to ancient recipes that celebrate the pure flavors of the sea.
Wednesday: Romagna Tasting Dinner
Let's dive into the flavors of our land. Platters of mixed cheeses and cured meats are the stars. Then, first courses with homemade tagliatelle and passatelli. Main courses feature grilled sardines. It will be a feast at the table.
Thursday: Surrounded by Olive Trees
The Frontali estate welcomes us after a bike tour in the Valmarecchia. Roberta tells us about the production of her extra virgin olive oil, in a heavenly place amidst 5,000 olive trees.
Friday: Special "Giro d'Italia of Taste" Dinner
From the tip of the Alps to Sicily, Italy is a peninsula to be tasted. Chef Solideo will lead us by the hand through culinary specialties from different Italian regions.
Sunday: Pizza Night!
A special evening dedicated to the queen of Italian cuisine: pizza! A selection of classic and gourmet pizzas, prepared with fresh, local ingredients, for a convivial and flavorful dinner.
