Below is a short summary of the changes made to our services this summer:

CHECK-IN

We have procedures in place to make your check-in fast and safe. We prefer online check-in to reduce your time at the reception and if the room is not ready you can leave your luggage in a special area and go straight to the beach.

THE STAFF

The staff: all staff are trained to comply with safety regulations, and are provided with gloves and mask to work. But a mask will certainly not prevent us from conveying all the friendliness of Romagna!

CLEANING

Cleaning: bedrooms and common areas are sanitized several times a day. The bedrooms are completely sanitized when guests depart. The common areas are sanitized with particular attention to the furniture which is touched most often and ... hand gel is available in quantity!

IN THE RESTAURANT

Tables are situated at a required distance. You will be served at table and you can order your favourite dishes with our APP. It is also possible to eat under your sun umbrella or on the terrace of your apartment with our take-away service.

SWIMMING POOL AND SPA

We have extended the opening hours to give everyone the opportunity to use the areas and the entrances to the pools and tubs will be by reservation to encourage social distancing. Massages are carried out with the utmost caution, with disposable nitrile gloves and mask.

ON THE BEACH

even by the sea, distancing is ensured, with much more space between one umbrella and another, much better, isn't it? There are also new games for children and access to the pools is allowed and regulated.

ENTERTAINMENT: THE ODD EXTRA PRECAUTION WILL CERTAINLY NOT LIMIT YOUR FUN!

The odd extra precaution will certainly not limit your fun! This year entertainment will change a bit and we’ll be organising activities that respect safety and distance: such as games in the water or on the beach.

Priority will be given to outdoor activities, such as visits to theme parks, pirate boat trips, dinner in the countryside in Vecciano every two weeks and cycling along the coast or inland.

...and you can learn by playing! Through play we’ll teach children to understand the importance of the superpowers we all have at our disposal: sanitization and the use of PPEs! It will be important for younger children to be accompanied by their parents. After all, many superheroes wear a mask and... great powers give rise to great responsibilities.

Finally, the children’s areas with lots of colourful games, table tennis and foosball will be sanitised several times a day.
